Your Morning Body Tune Up: A pilates Experience

From those simply wanting to exercise more to the hardcore gym rat, it is a practice anyone can learn for a more responsive body and a brighter outlook. Join internationally certified Polestar Pilates instructor Kayo Yamada for a morning Pilates session that will teach you the basics of body movement and the benefits of strengthening your core, increased body awareness, balance and control. After her first Pilates course in 2014, Kayo was hooked, feeling lighter than air and being more centered and focused, with a blue sky outlook that took her on a progressive path that she has stayed on to this day. This one-hour of movement will help you centre and align yourself so that you can balance your body, mind and spirit for the other 23 hours of your day. It will focus on stability to create better mobility and peace of mind. An intuitive instructor and passionate Pilates advocate, Kayo will help you move at your own individual pace so that you can maximize the benefits of this holistic practice.
