Yoga Nidra - Conscious Relaxation

Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogic Sleep is a conscious relaxation process in which you are verbally guided to release & let go of anything that no longer serves you that you are holding onto in your mental, emotional and/or physical body. This session will start with a grounding meditation and a balancing & relaxing pranayama practice. Following this, Lilly will guide you through different relaxation techniques & create a safe space for you to completely relax. The session will then end with a loving kindness meditation. In this session, you will by lying down with your eyes closed. Please wear comfortable clothes & bring a yoga mat if you do not wish to lay on the floor. You may also bring an eye mask or something to cover your eyes to limit distractions if you wish.
