A sample of a Vikasa style class taught by the founder of Vikasa - Kosta Miachin. This will provide a short introduction of key elements of practice: Asana, Pranayama, and Meditation.The practice incorporates through physical, energetic, and mental techniques which bring your deeper into yourself. These classes are the most rewarding style of practice. Some yoga experience is recommended.
