Shimmy Your Way to Better Health!

In this interactive workshop you will learn how some simple, flowing and energising belly dance moves can really benefit your body and immune system. This workshop is suitable for women of all ages and no previous dance background is required. Please wear leggings/loose trousers/pants and a tshirt. Dancing can be done barefoot or dance shoes can be worn if preferred.
