In this session, Jen & Lilly will discuss what mindfulness exactly is and equally importantly, what it is not! We will also look at and practice simple yet effective techniques we, as adults, careers, parents, teachers etc. can begin to implement in our daily lives to start and strengthen our own mindfulness practice. We will continue to look at and practice how as adults, careers, parents, teachers etc. we can create a space for us to practice mindfulness with the children in our care. Throughout the session there will be 3 mindful moments for us all to take part in and these can be shared with participants after the workshop.
