We deliver fun and engaging mindfulness lessons for children aged 2- 18 which focus on our 5 elements on Mindfulness; Cognitive wellness Environmental wellness Nutritional wellness Emotional wellness Physical wellness We also run mindfulness workshops for parents, teachers and schools whose focus can be adapted to individual needs and interests. Topics covered in each lesson and workshop are designed to inspire children and adults to think about themselves, how they relate to each other and the world with greater compassion and interest.
